MAY 29-31 - 3-day Strength Camp & Retreat

BLOOM

Welcome to BLOOM: Camp KIB Spring! This a 3-day strength camp and mini retreat that centres the voices, bodies, and lived experiences of Black and racialized women as an act of resistance and restoration. Together we will build and hold space for healing and softness while reinforcing that strength and skill-building are never compromised.

At Camp KIB, kettlebell training is more than reps and sets. We use a skill-based approach as an embodiment practice.

One that asks you to feel, to notice, and to trust your body. Because what we carry doesn’t stay at the door when we train.

People don’t always see what we move through behind the scenes.

The grief. The pressure. The strength it takes just to keep showing up.

Over 3 days, we put community before competition.

We go beyond the surface building strength, and also capacity, connection, and care.
