WHO ARE WE?

SHEspars is a community organization whose mission is to encourage, enable and empower women and girls to participate in Muay Thai, Kickboxing and martial arts.

Our vision is to cultivate a supportive network of women, advocating for the growth and development of opportunities for women in all areas of the martial arts.

Sisterhood of Muay Thai

  • SHEspars events are open all women and girls, with or without membership in a Provincial Sport Organization such as MTO or WAKO.

  • Mandatory:

    • Sparring Gloves (14-16oz)

    • Shin Guards (Leather)

    • Mouth Guard

    Optional:

    • Chest Protection (youth under 16 recommended)
