WHO ARE WE?
SHEspars is a community organization whose mission is to encourage, enable and empower women and girls to participate in Muay Thai, Kickboxing and martial arts.
Our vision is to cultivate a supportive network of women, advocating for the growth and development of opportunities for women in all areas of the martial arts.

SHEspars events are open all women and girls, with or without membership in a Provincial Sport Organization such as MTO or WAKO.

Mandatory:
Sparring Gloves (14-16oz)
Shin Guards (Leather)
Mouth Guard
Optional:
Chest Protection (youth under 16 recommended)
Groin Protection
Head Gear
Knee Pads
Elbow Pads

All sparring events are delivered at a voluntary host gym, they do not charge for the use of their space. Gyms are solicited and/or request to provide locations for SHEspars events. Events are then branded with the schools logo/guidelines to advertise the event. Schools can be scheduled up to 1 year in advance.
Support the community by becoming a Host Gym.
Applications are submitted and reviewed quarterly.
Meet The Team
Damali Fraiser
Co-founder and Executive Director
Poo Choi Kru of Muay Thai ( since 2015) with 3 years of competitive amateur fighting experience. She was the 2014 CSC National Champion in the +70kg division and retired from competition in 2018 following an achilles rupture. Damali continues as a passionate advocate for empowering women and girls through the art and discipline of Muay Thai.
