A Strength Camp Rooted in Sisterhood, Self-Care & Kettlebells for Every BODY

What is CAMP KIB?

CAMP KIB is more than a kettlebell training event - it’s a movement of self-love, self-care, and sisterhood. This space is dedicated to Black women and women of colour, fostering deep connection and community through strength training. Whether you’re new to kettlebells or a seasoned lifter, this camp is for you.

The retreat is in partnership with Brock Unversity's research project exploring the experiences of Black and racialized women in kettlebell training and fitness. Specifically to document the lived experiences, strengths, challenges, and needs of Black and racialized women in kettlebell sport and fitness.

  • Kettlebells In Black programming is offered to marginalized genders, including women, femmes, non-binary, and gender non-conforming people who are comfortable in a space centering the experiences of women of color.
