Join us for Uplifting Bells, a workshop on the topic of women’s menstrual health & well-being followed by a kettlebell mobility session to strengthen and support the body. 
In discussion, guest instructor Coach MJ and Coach Damali Fraiser will dig into the topic of women’s menstrual health, a topic that is still stigmatized. Following the discussion, we’ll give our body some love with a full body kettlebell mobility flow you can continue doing at home.

What to Expect:

In this 60 min class you’ll get a mix of:

  • A discussion on menstrual health; stigma, misconceptions and how we can take action 

  • Kettlebell mobility flow with progressions that you can do with a single bell and anywhere

  • A safe space where we can be our authentic self

  • Kettlebells In Black programming is offered to marginalized genders, including women, femmes, non-binary and gender non-conforming people who are comfortable in a space that centers the experiences of women of colour.

Coach Marjorie is a Lift Off Strength certified Inclusive Kettlebell Coach that guides and supports the desk-bound crew in getting stronger and moving better. She’s a Jamaican residing in Brampton, Ontario and operates in her private home gym where mobility and flexibility always have priority over aesthetics. The goal is for you to always have a pain-free and joyful movement practice.
