The Vibes & Vitality Wellness Retreat is a three-day transformative experience designed for women of colour, offering a unique blend of rejuvenation, empowerment, and connection. Set against the serene backdrop of nature, this retreat prioritizes holistic well-being while fostering a space for personal growth and self-care.

This retreat addresses the specific well-being needs of women of color by creating a space where participants can engage in holistic health practices. Through curated wellness experiences tailored to their distinct identities, Vibes & Vitality aims to empower participants and provide opportunities for healing and community connection.

Participants will enjoy a mix of kettlebell training, wellness workshops, and self-care activities, all designed to nurture the body and mind while fostering deep personal connections. This immersive retreat will empower participants to prioritize self-care and personal growth, making kettlebell training enjoyable and accessible. The goal is to build lasting connections and create a vibrant space for healing and growth.

    • Snack Friday Evening

    • 3 Meals & Snacks Saturday

    • Breakfast Sunday

    • Double or Triple Occupancy

    • A carpool will be organized.

    • Departure time 6 pm EST.

    • Welcome anytime after 7 pm EST.

  • 1. Fitness Gear:

    • Workout / Hiking clothes (breathable and moisture-wicking)

    • Supportive sneakers or training shoes

    • Sports bras and comfortable undergarments

    • Yoga mat

    • Sweat towel and regular towel

    • BYOB Bring Your Own Bells (optional)

    • Socks (athletic and regular)

    • Water bottle (insulated for all-day hydration)

    2. Relaxation/Recovery Essentials:

    • Comfy loungewear for downtime

    • Compression socks for recovery

    • Skincare products (face wash, moisturizer, sunscreen)

    3. Personal Items:

    • Toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, deodorant, etc.)

    • Hair ties or headbands

    • Journal and pen (for reflecting on sessions)

    • Sunglasses and hat (for outdoor training)

    • Phone charger and portable battery

    4. Optional Comfort Items:

    • Blanket or throw (for cozy downtime)

    • Books or magazines (for leisure reading)

    • Essential oils or pillow spray (for relaxation)

    This list covers both active and restorative needs to make sure you’re well-prepared for both the fitness and downtime aspects of the retreat.

Our programming is offered to marginalized genders including women, femmes, non-binary and gender non-conforming people who are comfortable in a space that centers the experiences of women of colour.
