A powerful full body workout, improve your core strength and muscular endurance. Build balance, power and muscle using the multi-functioning tool of the kettlebell. Kettlebells are excellent for improving muscle tone, body composition, body awareness, and overall strength. Kettlebell training is great for people of all shapes and sizes.

Each class is 45 min, including movement prep and mobility cool down.
